Otto Zimmermann GmbH, Am Leitzelbach 8, 74889 Sinsheim, Germany, hereinafter referred to as Zimmermann, is raffling off the items listed on the Instagram page (instagram.com/otto_zimmermann_official). By participating in the raffle, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for content.

By participating in the contest you have the opportunity to win the items listed on the Instagram site (instagram.com/otto_zimmermann_official).

2. How can you win?

To participate in the contest, please visit the URL: https://www.instagram.com/otto_zimmermann_official. The prize will be raffled among all participants. To participate, you must meet the conditions stated in the entry. Postal mail cannot be considered for the draw.

3. Over what period of time does the promotion take place?

The promotion starts after the publication of the entry and ends on the date stated on the Instagram page (instagram.com/otto_zimmermann_official).

4. Who can participate?

Participation is free of charge, not dependent on a purchase being made and allowed to any natural person. For underage participants, Zimmermann presumes the consent of a parent or guardian. Participation requires that the data relevant to participation is truthfully provided. Raffle clubs and automated raffle services are not eligible to participate. Please participate only once. Multiple registrations do not increase the chance of winning, as they are filtered and blocked from the draw.

5. Who will be excluded from participation?

Zimmermann is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Legal action is excluded.

5a Exclusion of liability for user contributions

If users are asked to make independent contributions within the scope of the competition, these contributions may not be illegal, i.e. in particular they may not contain any insults or false factual claims or infringe upon intellectual property rights.

Zimmermann is not responsible for the comments of users.

6. How are the winners determined?

Among all participants, the winners will be determined by Zimmermann in an independent lottery.

7. How do I find out whether I have won?

Winning notifications are made by posting the winner's Instagram username as a comment under the competition posting. If applicable, the winner will also be notified of the prize by a message. The winner then sends Zimmermann his address .

8. How do I receive my prize?

With the notification of the prize, the winner is requested to provide Zimmermann with the contact details used to send or hand over the prize. The contact details should be send as a private message using the corresponding function on the Instagram page of otto_zimmermann_official. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact data provided.

9. What happens if I do not contact Zimmermann after notification of my prize?

If a winner does not contact Zimmermann within 7 days after notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the participants entitled to win. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Zimmermann with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.

10. Reserve clause

Zimmermann reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Zimmermann shall only make use of this possibility if, for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. Zimmermann is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced by equivalent prizes.

11. Privacy policy

Your safety and your satisfaction are our main focus. Zimmermann stores and uses the collected data exclusively for the execution of the competition. All data will be deleted after the end of the competition.

12. Miscellaneous

Cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Claims to winnings may not be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. Zimmermann reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.

13. Exemption from Instagram

The contest is not sponsored, endorsed or organized in any way by Instagram. The contact person and person responsible is Otto Zimmermann GmbH, Am Leitzelbach 8, 74889 Sinsheim, Germany. Information provided to Zimmermann will not be transmitted to Instagram.
