ECE-Zulassung ersetzt ABE

Brake discs, which do not correspond exactly to the original disc in technical design or optic, are not covered by the equality regulation KfZ-GVO 330/210.

In the past these brake discs have been tested by the KBA and delivered with an ABE. Since November 2016 ECE approval replaces the ABE.

All discs deviating from the original disc in their design will either have an ABE (for brake discs for vehicles first launched before November 2016) or a note to ECE approval.
The ECE approval is valid as approval of the brake disc for vehicles listed in our catalog under the respective article number.

The information sheet must be kept with the vehicle documents.
