Renowned manufacturer of brake components, Otto Zimmermann GmbH, announces its new partnership with the successful Black Falcon racing team for the 2025 racing season. After a 1-year hiatus, the brakes manufacturer returns to motorsport with a strong partner at its side - a collaboration that promises innovation and performance at the highest level.
Strong cooperation in motorsport
Known for its success in international motorsport, Team Black Falcon stands for precision, professionalism and passion. With its headquarters located at the Nürburgring and an impressive track record in endurance racing, particularly in the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) and the legendary 24-hour race, Black Falcon is the ideal match for Zimmermann's philosophy and quality standards. As the official team partner for brake technology, Otto Zimmermann GmbH will be entering a Porsche 992 GT3 Cup in the Cup 2 class this year. The vehicle, equipped with an onboard camera, will broadcast spectacular live images directly to the NLS stream and on YouTube. Zimmermann will also supply high-quality brake parts for a Porsche 718 GT4 RS Clubsport in the SP7 class and a BMW M4 GT4 EVO, which will compete for Team Bilstein - both vehicles will be supported by the experts at Black Falcon.
Hard testing and continuous development
The partnership not only serves as an advertising platform, but also as a valuable opportunity to test and further develop Zimmermann products under extreme conditions on the racetrack. The focus is on the development and optimization of brake pads and brake discs. Data from onboard recordings, feedback from professional drivers and analysis of driven products are merged in the ongoing product development and optimization process at Otto Zimmermann GmbH.
