Two Zimmermann Porsches at season highlight

With Mathol Racing at the 24h race on the Nürburgring

Both Zimmermann Porsche Caymans entered by Mathol Racing will start at the 2021 24h race. Team boss Matthias Holle: "The appearance at the endurance classic in the Eifel is a must for our team. We want to fight for class victories with the two Zimmermann Porsches again this year."

Driving the fast Zimmermann Porsche 718 Cayman S (starting number 168) in the VT3 class are Zimmermann regular driver Wolfgang Weber, Rüdiger Schicht, Oliver Louisoder and Matthias Trinius. Team boss Holle: "For our fast VT3 Cayman, it's not just about winning the class, but also about success in the classification group of production-based vehicles." Also competing in the V6 class will be the Zimmermann Porsche Cayman S (132). The driver line-up is the second Zimmermann regular Alex Fielenbach, Wolfgang Kaufmann and Weber. This trio is also expected to fight for the class win.

Team boss Holle: "This year we are competing with a small but powerful team. The goal for both Zimmermann cars is to win the class, but we'll have to wait and see how strong the competition will be."
