Rounds 5 and 6 of the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) were held on the same weekend. Mathol Racing once again fielded the two Zimmermann Porsche Cayman. In the first race, the Zimmermann Porsche 718 Cayman S (starting number 474) with Zimmermann regular drivers Wolfgang Weber and Alex Fielenbach as well as Oliver Louisoder started in the VT3 class. After setting the fastest practice time in the class, the trio also dominated the race. Fielenbach set the fastest lap time among the VLN production cars with 9.09,539 minutes.
