Further top results at season highlight

2 Zimmermann Porsches at the fifth round of the Nürburgring Endurance Series

The 6h race as part of the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) has so far been considered the undisputed highlight of the NLS season. But this year, the ROWE 6 Hours ADAC Ruhr Cup Race will have competition from within its own camp. In September, a 12h race will start for the first time as part of the NLS.

This season, a good 130 teams have entered the 6 Hours, including two Porsches from Zimmermann. The cars entered by Mathol Racing will start in the Cup2-Porsche and VT3 classes.

The Zimmermann Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, which has had strong performances in the "Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring" so far, will be driven this time by Arne Hoffmeister, Hendrik Still and the Austrian Harri Prozcyk. The French Zimmermann regular driver Dorian Boccolacci is prevented this time, because he has to compete in the Formal 1 in the Porsche Supercup in Austria.

In the VT3 class, the Zimmermann Porsche 718 Cayman S will drive. Behind the wheel this time, Erik Braun, Jannes Fittje and Canadian Mikael Grenier will take turns.

Team boss Matthias Holle: "After the last strong performance of our team, I expect another good performance. We are well prepared and should manage good results again."
